Product delvery and returns
Our delivery unit works all day to deliver customers as quickly as possible. We deliver throughout Bamako and in the regions as well. We require a delivery time of 24 hours (1 working day) for Bamako and its surrounding districts. When regions or circles, the time is longer ranging from 2 to 7 working days depending on the distance from the locality.
We look at deliveries on a case-by-case basis. Some deliveries are free while others may be billed. We recommend discussing it with our agents to ensure you and avoid any surprises.
